WLAN connection only worked outside of the complex. The WiFi in the apartment was shielded. This was a clear shortcoming for me but otherwise I'm quite satisfied.

A bit outdated facility! The equipment is a bit poor! The apartments are very noisy. Unfortunately had noisy neighbors! But what is really bad, the WiFi does not work at all! If you depend on it or don't want to have any stress with your kids, you should look elsewhere! Furthermore, the air conditioning has to be paid for separately: 2 €/kWh - all 3 are always running and cannot be regulated! Usury...the prices are from 09/21!

We enjoyed maximum relaxation in a very well-kept setting. Well equipped kitchen. Nice big pool, good proximity to various beaches and sights in the Maremma.

Well-kept and equipped apartment. Swimming pool and deck chairs well kept and well spaced between one location and another. Quiet area with a beautiful view that reaches the sea. Very kind, attentive and available to our needs the owner. We will come back!

Friendly but distant. Ideal with a dog. Somewhat remote, therefore quiet and still very close to towns and destinations (including dog beaches).

...we are now for the 5th year in a row in this small and quiet facility Due to Covid19 we of course thought about whether it was to be represented But with a little humility and the very nice owners we felt very comfortable Thank you Italy, thank you ... and thanks for the lovely weather...

Away from mass tourism, individual, very nice pool, quiet and secluded, possibly a little livelier at the weekend due to a family celebration, owner very nice and hospitable on site, fantastic view of the sunset in the sea, car necessary, natural beaches nearby

We (family with children 8+15 y.) had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday on the complex for 14 days in August. Equipment is good and everything necessary is available. Good value for money with very nice landlords. The WLAN had its difficulties with the function. If you prefer peace and quiet, book better outside of the holiday season (own experience with guests who didn't like the children's activities of the "families" present). We would at any time again holiday on the plant.

Nice accommodation in a quiet location. Great pool and well-kept garden. For sleeping you should take a mosquito net with you (at least in midsummer).

Location / location great starting point for excursions in the area. Short drive to the sea/beachWell maintained facility. In the "Restaurant" there are sometimes festivities/seminars, which is annoying when you are spending the time in the house/terrace/pool as the guests are running all over the place...
