Basically, it's a nice house, well located. It was clean and perfectly adequate for two people with a baby. It has a lovely garden and plenty of space for our dog. Since we often go to Tuscany, the electricity bill was very high, compared to other, often much larger, houses. For a week in a house with a baby that was very cold in the evenings, we paid a good €45! If you calculate that over four weeks, it's considerably higher than the electricity price in Germany. It's a rip-off!

Large, fenced property with a small house. Very quiet location. There's not much traffic, so no street noise is expected. The dog was able to run around freely, as the property is completely fenced. It's perfect for relaxing from everyday life. In the evening, there were what felt like 1,000 fireflies on the hedges; it was a dream, as if the hedges and the adjacent woodland were glittering.

Great location to discover southern Tuscany and the coastal beaches. For us it could be improved with WiFi and a microwave, but not essential.

We were on vacation for a few days, with our big dog. The house is equipped to spend long days, without missing anything. The outdoor space is well-kept, spacious and completely fenced, which our dog appreciated. In the surrounding area there are opportunities for excursions in contact with nature. We had a great time

We found everything as described. The garden is completely fenced in, great. We had a relaxing holiday in this clean and well-equipped house.

We would like to complain about the price for the heating costs 8 € for 1 cm3 are many times too high (see current prices approx. 0.68 cents or approx. 2 € for methane).... We also found a house on arrival that was totally cold! Measurement with thermometer showed 8 degrees Celsius!!! Economical heating is not possible there!!! In addition, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Fridge not cleaned and cobwebs everywhere!

Overall the accommodation was fine. The cleanliness in the living room/kitchen could have been a bit better. The bed was not comfortable. The location is not ideal for families or couples who like to go to the beach or like to eat out. You always have to drive at least 20 minutes for a good restaurant and even 36 minutes for the beach. Otherwise good. Especially the fencing. Unfortunately we missed the described hiking trail.

Everything is very well thought out, a very nice little house and an impeccable welcome. A wonderful hostess.

A very nice holiday home on a large fenced property in a quiet, somewhat isolated location, with very nice and helpful neighbors.

The house and everything in it and around it is fantastic. Decorated with care, wonderful space. However, what is terrible and really outdated is the bed with springs. Fortunately there was a bunk bed so we could sleep separately, but cozy is different.

Nice big garden, fenced. Ideal for dog owners. L., a very nice landlord and the key holder a very friendly and helpful lady!

The accommodation is very quiet, a bit isolated on a road with little traffic. Shade and sun spots can be found at any time of the day. Use by two people is ideal due to the space, but there shouldn't be any problems with more people. The hostess is very friendly but only speaks Italian.

Was a quiet relaxing holiday in the cottage. Unfortunately, bookings by groups with young people are also permitted in the main building. We personally don't think that's great if you want to relax by the pool. Otherwise the standard in the house itself is really great. We would only have wished for fly screens.
