Very tasteful Tuscan villa in the middle of a great landscape. Each bedroom with its own charm, a rustic kitchen, a dream outdoor dining area, a great pool area! I can't rave enough, everything was perfect. Patricia's service was great - we'd love to come back

The house was as booked, all expectations for the price were met. The location was outstanding, the house big enough for eight. Not as a criticism/lack, but as information: the bathrooms are quite small. The equipment in the kitchen (bowls, pots, small appliances) could be more extensive. This does not apply to dishes! Patio, garden, pool just great. Beware of noise pollution from bottling outdoors in the adjacent winery - in our case at the beginning of August. Service: GREAT!

Very nice and well-kept house with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Well equipped kitchen. Everything fine. Beautiful pool - always clean and well maintained. Great and warm support from the key holder. In the nearest town of Castelfiorentino (approx. 7 km away) perfect shopping for self-catering in the huge Coop. In addition, perfect and uncomplicated train connections from Castelfiorentino station (without changing trains) to Siena and Florence can be reached in about 35-45 minutes. We were all excited and would love to come back!
