Holiday Rental Description

You’ll find this apartment in a traditional stone building that was once part of an estate producing wine and olive oil. That heritage means this home is full of rustic character, brought up to date with all the comforts you need for a happy stay, like a modern kitchen and cosy furnishings. Outside, there’s a shaded terrace (our favourite spot for dinner and drinks), along with a shared pool and tennis court for making the most of the sunshine. All this, and you’ll be within walking distance of pretty villages like Lecchi in Chianti, where it would be rude not to sample some of the local wine. Bellissima.

Home truths:
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the first floor.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine within the building.
*You'll have access to the communal pool and tennis court here. They are shared with the resort's other residents
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Parking is available.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
