Villa Gino Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany

The Villa did not meet our expectations. Also considering the COVID situation, we found the house dirty (bathroom bin not changed, dirty and old kitchen utensils, desk drawer in a room with butts papers etc ..). Old and worn furniture (broken toilet seat, rusty toilet, shower heads full of limestone resulting in a limited jet and spray). The grill in the garden was indicated and was not there. Discomfort with the water tank.

The house was even nicer than we expected from the description.

The location of the semi-detached house in the residential area of Forte dei Marmi is great and a lot can be reached on foot about 1km without any problems - supermarket, restaurant, bar and the sea. The house itself and the facility is unfortunately getting old and many small defects could be remedied without much effort and expense. The service from the local agency was friendly and they were helpful. The kitchen, the dishes and the kitchen appliances would sometimes need an intensive cleaning.
