Apartment located 200 meters from the beach so perfect for the family The house located on the 3rd floor has a magnificent terrace with sea view, truly relaxing, the apartment is not very big but has everything you need. Found it clean and tidy. Mrs. S. is super helpful. We had a good time and we plan to return.

The location in Follonica and the view of the sea (as in the photo) are top notch. The care provided by S. and her husband was also good - they reacted quickly when the water went out for several hours or the shutters came off. The infrastructure is a flop: no WiFi and poor phone reception, basic kitchen (no kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), uncomfortable folding beds, old, unsuitable furnishings. It's a shame - with a little investment this apartment could be much better!
