Casa Maccianti

This was our second stay in the apartment and we'll be back. Centrally located but quiet on a side street. Parking is 59 meters away, and amenities are top-notch: everything from a coffee machine to a microwave is included. Two bathrooms, a lovely balcony. TVs in two rooms, and fast Wi-Fi are provided. A landlord who is quick to help if anything needs to be done. The center is about 300 meters away, with bars, restaurants, and endless shopping. Highly recommended.

The house is equipped with every comfort. The owner was kind and quick to resolve some minor issues that arose during our stay. The shower in the smaller bathroom was temporarily unusable. A minor disappointment, for me, was the noise from vehicles passing on the street facing the terrace, the living room window, and the window of the only bedroom with three beds.

We really appreciated the location and the hospitality offered, especially the kindness of the host. Everything as described. No shortcomings to point out. To underline the practicality of having two bathrooms.

The house is very spacious and equipped with everything. The owner welcomed us with a welcome basket and was very available to our needs. The location is good to reach both the center of Follonica and the large beach with pine forest. Ample parking available. Very close to the drinking fountains.
