Holiday Rental Description

Overlooking the Ponte alla Carraia, and just a ten-minute walk from the Duomo, this apartment is a comfortable base for exploring central Florence. There's more than enough space for two, but if you're travelling in a group, the split layout of the apartment offers private space across the living room sofa bed and the main bedroom. There may not be enough space in the kitchen for cooking Italian feasts, but it's a handy space for making a quick breakfast in the morning – and it's hardly a problem, not with the number of restaurants on your doorstep.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You'll need to climb 25 steps to the entrance of this home, including ten steps after the front door, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Due to the steps inside the apartment, it's also not recommended for young children and infants.
*This home is above a restaurant, so you may hear some street noise during your stay.
*Please note that there is only air conditioning in the living room.
*There's limited counter space in the kitchen, so we think it's better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
