Set in a historic building (which used to be the Habsburg embassy in the nineteenth century), Eyes To The Sky makes an impression from very early on. It’s ridiculously grand, with double-height, frescoed ceilings, and antique furniture (along with a few modern, designer additions). It’s just around the corner from Piazza della Libertà, so it’s just away from the most crowded parts of the centre, but even walking to the Ponte Vecchio doesn’t take more than twenty minutes.
