* There's a private garage on site for one vehicle – a useful bonus in a busy city-centre neighbourhood. It has a maximum height of around 2.3m, and you'll need to enter the apartment first to pick up the fob for the electric gates.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area – it's perfect for two children, or one adult.
* The air-con here is centrally managed by the building, and activated from 1st June.
