You'll find this cosy home just a stone's throw from the sea. Viareggio, famous for its beaches, is about a 10-kilometre drive away, while the villa itself boasts panoramic views of the Versilia coast. We think it's a fantastic option for families and friends wanting a more laid-back stay. The decor inside is simple, but each room is comfortable. Outside, the garden has plenty of space to bask in the sunshine. With its bird's eye view of the surrounding hills and a private pool, what's not to love here?

*While the third bathroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The single beds can be pushed together to become doubles upon request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. Please request this in advance.
*The swimming pool is open between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October.
*We suggest hiring a car here, as it's the easiest way to explore. There's one covered parking space and one uncovered parking space available.
*Though the home is pet-friendly and fully fenced, please note that the gate has no mesh at the bottom. While it's suitable for medium-sized dogs, a tiny dog could pass through the bars.
