*There are spiral stairs to climb in this two-storey home. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility, and young children will need to be supervised at all times.

*The raised, prefabricated pool is available for use between May and September, weather permitting.
*There's no air conditioning available here. It could get a little hot during the summer.
