Shower cubicles in need of renovation. Kitchen drain washtub not water-tight, after 4 days auxiliary container overflowed, kitchen floor flooded

The house, kitchen and bathrooms are dilapidated. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Garden and pool are very nice. Very remote, nearest supermarket 8km away, bakery 5km but poor quality. WiFi very weak. Shower cubicles moldy.
