Escape to Tuscany with this cosy home, which has beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. For long lunches on the patio or picnics on the lawn, fire up the barbecue and grill some local produce. And when the Italian weather turns cooler, there’s a wood burner in the living room. The decor, we’d say, is simple and traditional throughout, but it has a rustic charm. Location-wise, the cottage is tucked away between the celebrated towns of Chiusi and Chianciano. Sarteano is also within driving distance, and Lake Trasimeno is around thirty minutes by car.
