You'll find this cosy apartment a forty-minute drive from central Florence. It's the ideal base for a couple looking to be close to the Tuscan countryside, yet still within easy reach of the city for some sightseeing. A car is a must, but private parking is available for easy exploration. Inside, there's a small kitchenette that's best for breakfast. The living area is traditional but comfortable, offering a sofa bed for the third guest. Outside, a small sunny terrace is the perfect spot to perch with a glass of wine and admire the hillside views.

*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. We think it's best for a child.
*Please note that this apartment is not suitable for children under 2 years old.
*Alongside the balcony, you'll have access to the communal garden. It's shared with the owners, who live downstairs, as well as some other neighbours.
*The kitchen is compact and lacks an oven or a stove – it only has a microwave. It won't suit guests keen on home cooking.
*A car is required in this location. Free parking is available on the premises.
*There isn't a washing machine here, so it may not be the best option for longer visits.
*You'll have to climb stairs here, as there isn't a lift in the building. The stairwell is communal.
