The house is dilapidated to say the least. We flooded in the rain, the bathroom sink leaks, the kitchen is unusable due to excessive neglect and lack of cleaning, and there are no electrical outlets. It looks like a house from the 1970s where no modifications have been made. And let's not even mention the dirty entrance hall with broken steps and a bad smell. I strongly advise against it.
