In the whole object one would have to invest in a renovation. The pool in particular is in urgent need of it. Has gotten a bit old. The staff welcomed us very friendly. They helped us with questions and problems. The object is very difficult to find despite the coordinates. Would book again or recommend it anytime...

Uncomplicated contact Next village 3 km Cecina 25 km Cleanliness of the rooms OK Washing machine and dishwasher available on both floors. Dishwasher OK after thorough cleaning Fridge in the basement OK after cleaning Broken umbrella stand had to be replaced, although there was already a crack. Pool ok in the morning for a short time septic tank smell. Price performance OK Internet poor

Super welcome from Fiorella and her daughter, thanks to them and Mauricio for the help during the stay.... Sheets and towels are provided contrary to what the agency had told us. The place is quiet and secluded.
