Main points of criticism after our stay in summer 2023: - The apartment we used on the ground floor smelled musty and old, even constant airing didn't help, it's just old rooms and old furniture. - It wasn't clean, there were long cobwebs on the ceilings, pillows were dusty - No WiFi. - It's completely uncomfortable (living room, sofa is ancient), the kitchen is very small - Bad equipment (kitchen). - No bed linen or duvets. - Pool (cold) without cover -> dead animals

A quiet place with a swimming pool and close access to the sea and historic cities.

Peaceful neighborhood. Swimming pool, barbecue. A good starting point for exploring Italy. Near the bigger town, the beach.

Beautiful holiday home in a beautiful area. . Functional house with a private bathroom for each bedroom. Good comfortable beds + mattresses. Good showers. Kitchen is a bit narrow, but worked fine. Large private grounds with a nice pool. The ground floor and 1st floor of the house are rented separately. The ground floor has the front door and terrace on the north side of the house. The 1st floor has the front door and terrace on the south side of the house. We had the luxury of not having the 1st floor rented out during our stay, so we didn't have to share the pool. Very mountainous environment. We found the house in one go, but we had to find out in advance exactly where it was. Landlord does not speak English, which made communication difficult. We have partly let the communication go through interhome.

It's a nice place to stay in quiet surroundings. The pool is big enough for the whole family (not recommended for small children). The sea and shops are easily accessible by car. Only the communication on site with the manager was difficult, since only Italian was spoken. In the event of difficulties or voting, it gets very bumpy - despite good will.
