La Fenice is a large enough house for a family of 15 (8 adults and 7 children) and offers plenty of space, both outside and inside. The large number of bathrooms is nice; you don't get in each other's way. The area is great: there is much to see and do. We had a good time there. Only remark: the things (such as patio furniture, lamps, cooking equipment) were not all in order. The owner needs to invest a little more in it. The house was clean and the managing family was very friendly and helpful

My wife and I, together with our children and grandchildren, spent a week in the Garfagnana, staying in holiday home La Fenice. This Tuscan farmhouse, in the hills near Camporgiano, has been converted into a very spacious and comfortable holiday home, tastefully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. The yard is expansive with unforgettable views in all directions. We made intensive use of the generous swimming pool and BBQ site (also suitable for baking bread and pizza). In short, we had a fantastic time, partly because of the friendly and hospitable owner XXX and his mother.
