The grounds are beautiful. The pool and the view from there are fantastic. The apartment is spacious and charming. The kitchen is simple! A dented kettle takes a long time to heat. Important: the fireplace is just for decoration and is not used. Gas heating is not included in the price but costs 30 euros per day! It is uncomfortable on rainy days at the end of October. One night there was water damage. Help was not available until the morning. We spent the whole night drawing water. Terrible experience

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious. The entire complex is very tastefully and neatly maintained. We took our dog with us and walked between the olives and grape vines! Beautiful views, really Tuscan! The pool is good but very cold, but very refreshing! In the apartment you imagine yourself back in time. Washing dishes with soapy water! The beds are fine! Water we chose for bottled water. And showering keep mixing! In terms of a score a 9, nice and authentic, a nice stay!

On the positive side, the staff really tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you M. and E. The building looks really beautiful from the outside, the location is impressive. There was no water when we arrived, the first night in the hotel. Electricity lines were very old. The radiators remained cold at the end of October. One toilet was broken and unusable. Bugs in the bed. The bed was saggy. I imagine a vacation to be different.

Nice big apartment in a good and quiet location. You can walk (1.2 km) to the nearby town with several restaurants and a coop for shopping. Sher friendly and helpful landlord. You should use the given coordinates to get there. (The kitchen equipment is missing a small pot and a small pan)

Accommodation cold in the 2nd week. Heating according to recipe. Only possible from October 20th!!, according to travel documents with additional payment. Because there was heavy rain several times, it rained in the kitchen. The gutter in the area of the stairs to the accommodation poured out its water in the surge on the stairs. We enjoyed an extraordinary calm throughout our stay in the middle of vineyards and olive groves... with swimming pool and exceptional view... A real treat!!!

Very nice place, but the beautiful view is at the swimming pool which is magnificent. From the apartment, no view and quite dark. Well furnished with beautiful antique furniture, very spacious. Very uncomfortable bedding and crockery, minimum cooking utensils. Perfect welcome.

average cleanliness, impossible without slippers Bathroom: toilet flusher not working properly, very dirty inside towels provided, fresh and clean; Fresh and clean bed linen, no kettle, not enough household helpers available: no whisk, no ladle; only a pot lid for pots, crockery, equipment, very low, additional heating costs in autumn, very high, chimney extractor: cold in the apartment, sofa and armchairs, worn out, great grounds, super manager!

The stay of small children at the pool area and the resulting noise level is to be discussed.

Apartment spacious, clean, average kitchen equipment, but otherwise ok. Beautifully situated facility, nice swimming pool with a fantastic view. A good starting point for exploring Tuscany.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. Good accessibility to the surrounding towns.

Very nice, very friendly, we were satisfied with everything! The hostess is a very friendly and helpful person with a dog...they both make a good team. We will be back!

This is a perfect holiday retreat away from the tourist trail but only 1.5km to Castellina in Chianti.Set amongst vines on a sunny hillside mostly all you could hear were birds & the insects.The swimming pool is a dream & the friendly ... made everything easy for us- thank you.Definitely a place to return to & good location to visit the better known Tuscan attractions.

Tuscany lovers will get their money's worth here. From the beautifully developed old winery you can go on excursions, visit the town of Castellina in Chianti or just relax by the pool and enjoy the really fantastic view. It's always a pleasure to come back there.

Pleasant accommodation in a beautiful old building, well appointed and comfortable. Very friendly welcome. To highlight a very beautiful infinity pool with a magnificent view of the valley especially at sunset. Two small details to improve in the kitchen: Broken coffee maker – Many pots but no small saucepans.
