I would like to say more positive things about this accommodation, but it doesn't deserve that! Cons: Ants, smell of chemicals in the furniture, on the dishes, old furniture from 1982? Uncomfortable beds, extremely in need of renovation. gutters clogged. Mosquitoes without end through a pond (cyano-loaded) directly in front of the terrace. Musty and stuffy apartment. At night it was only tolerable with a fan. Positive: beautiful view of the sea, beautiful greenery, waste separation, closed area, parking spaces in the shade.

The view of the sea from the rental is truly exceptional. The accommodation is located in a very pleasant wooded property. Access allows you to reach 2 beaches located 10 minutes away on foot, which is very practical. The kitchen is not equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster. Watch out for ants that come into the house and crawl into the food! The temperature hardly drops at night in the room: I woke up sweating several times in the middle of the night.

Wonderful place to be on Elba! Lovely terrace in the shade. The beach is within walking distance (20 min) down the mountain road (via the beginning path in the garden). The way back is tough: mountain in the heat. You can also go by car. There is a small free parking lot or on the other side of the road: paid parking (1 euro per hour), in the shade. Perfect snorkeling beach: warm water, lots of fish. At night it is warm in the house, there is a fan and all windows have good mosquito nets (many mosquitoes)!
