The house was very small but still cute and had everything you need

Lovely spot but you have to arrive with a small car because the road to it is narrow, steep and has hair bends. Drive in first gear, honk before every bend and listen to oncoming traffic, then everything will be fine. Surrounded by olive trees and cypresses and natural forest, enjoy the peace and the lovely terrace. Just past the house is a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a delicious meal as a guest of R. (order a day in advance)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The place is equipped with everything you need for recreational stay as described. It's very clean and decorated in a rustic way and with lot of detail. The house is one of the last buildings in a small mountain village near Camaiore. The location makes the place very quiet and relaxing, but the road is very small and curvy, a small car and some driving experience are recommended. Thanks to the kind owner, he gave us a many help/worthful tips !

We stayed here for our honeymoon with Hind. The landlord and his family took us straight to the avert and gave good tips for places to visit. The accommodation offers a great view and was very very clean and tidy! All very original in Tuscan style and very original. Further up the hill there are also isolated houses. These neighbors were also all very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed it and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in the middle of the mountains with a breathtaking view. The house was beautifully and quaintly furnished, with attention to detail and very, very clean and tidy. Exactly as the pictures suggest. Nothing was missing and the terrace was beautiful! The landlord was also very friendly and helpful and always available for us.

We really liked the accommodation. At first it was a bit difficult to reach but we got help from the really warm landlord. It is located in a small village on top of a mountain as one of the last houses. We really enjoyed the tranquility and ambience of the Italian summer nights there.

The small house itself is very nice and quiet, right on a great hiking trail in the olive groves. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. However, the photos showed radiators that were ultimately not connected. Therefore, we had a permanent 16°C in the house, which was definitely too cold for us in October with the partly bad weather. Also the bed was not comfortable because the mattress sagged. Conclusion: a great house for the summer!

Beautiful house surrounded by olive trees, it seems to go back in time. The very kind manager welcomed us giving us everything we needed. The sea is 20 minutes away, there is a beautiful steep climb to do by car to get to the house but the view pays off 100%.

The strengths of this accommodation are: the house surrounded by greenery and silence; the kindness of the owner always available and attentive to customer needs. Ideal place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were two with a dog and we had a great time, the only difficulty was the last stretch of road to get to the place as it was very narrow. The house is located in a wooded area and among the olive trees. Both the garden and the interior of the house are characteristic and well kept, it is equipped with everything you need and the owner was very kind and attentive to our needs.

We spent a wonderful time in our small mountain village with a beautifully situated cottage. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of Camaiore. The house was exactly as described and is furnished with great attention to detail. XXX is a very friendly and attentive landlord. We felt very comfortable in Il Metatino and, after excursions, enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. We'd love to come back! Super accommodation very nice landlord

The picturesque cottage is beautifully situated in the mountains. From the pretty and well-kept terrace you have a wonderful view. The house is small, but offered us everything you need on vacation. The landlord lives next door and is particularly friendly and attentive. The way to the accommodation is via a narrow road that winds up the mountain and the last stretch is actually almost impossible to manage with a large car, so we walked the last way up the mountain from a parking lot a little away . Those who love peace and nature will like the accommodation. We had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

Delightful little house where you feel at home: furnished with love and care, it welcomes you pleasantly, the kitchen has everything you need (microwave oven, American coffee machine, toaster, nice crockery and more .. . electric egg cooker ... !!!). A small and delightful single bedroom and a delightful double bedroom. Comfortable beds ... sleep also guaranteed by the quiet of the beautiful location located in the green of chestnut trees, ferns and other magnificent trees. You can enjoy a magnificent view that on days of good visibility (we stayed there in November) as well as the sea allows you to see the island of Gorgona. Delightful small flowered and well-kept garden, where you can rest pleasantly. The owner, Mr. xxx, a nice and lovable person, with his kindness and availability will make you feel at home by helping you, if necessary, for anything. Excellent welcome also for our beloved border collie. Magnificent walks and interesting places all around to visit. Excellent range of restaurants where you can enjoy fantastic Tuscan cuisine. Lucca, Pietrasanta and other beautiful and interesting places, reachable by car in a short time.

Very nice holiday home, including fast WiFi, beautiful garden and great view. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Easily accessible by car, parking right in front of the door. We were very satisfied and would go back anytime!
