Excellent solution for those looking for the cool of the hill, rural privacy and the sea 15 minutes away... ideal for families with children. The neighbors are the very nice young owners.

A very nice old house in very good condition. Everything clean and nicely furnished. Nice area with shops and restaurants within walking distance. A great covered terrace with a view of the greenery. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful. An absolutely recommendable travel destination.

A great idea, especially for a family. A typical Tuscan farmhouse 20 minutes from the sea in Versilia. The serenity of evenings in the green to be enjoyed with loved ones, Pietrasanta 10 minutes away and Lucca 35 minutes by car. Icing: the warmth and instinctive hospitality expressed by the young owners who live close by, always available.

A wonderful place: we were the first guests of the 2019 season in this great accommodation (two families, four adults and four small children). The accommodation is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, as the units can be booked individually or together. The property has a huge, pretty garden that is ideal for small children. Our little boys could move and play wonderfully freely. Both units are furnished identically and invite you to a relaxing holiday: typically Tuscan, with a view of the wonderful garden or the mountains from every window. Everything was very clean and well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, large fridge. But we didn't just feel very comfortable because of the great accommodation: D. and his family were wonderful hosts and also live on the huge property. Your Italian hospitality impressed us and rounded off the holiday. Always there for us and despite the proximity never too close. We are planning our next vacation with the D family.
