Cristina Apartment 3

A very nice holiday apartment in the small village of Santa Lucia, ideally located for excursions to the sea, the mountains, or the surrounding towns. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, which has a garden, patio, and private parking. It has everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen equipment is somewhat basic, but typical of the area, and everything was clean. The house is a bit noisy, but with the family staying above us, this wasn't a problem. We would love to come back!

Everything was great as always

Nice house in a beautiful place. Pleasant short lines with the owner, who does everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Had a wonderful holiday! The only small downside is the noise from the upper apartment.

Nice big apartment in a house divided into 2 (up and downstairs), the lemon tree is a nice extra to all amenities. Definitely try the nearby restaurant at the church, great views and delicious food

We were two. It takes a bit to drive to the beach. Very nice, helpful landlady. Everything you need is there. Kitchen (everything included), bathroom, bedroom (2), washing machine. outside (small ROOM laundry room). A bit noisy, we had nice people (2) above us in the apartment. Consideration is self-evident. Would love to come back in this constellation. We hardly heard the elementary school. The view of the mountains, gorgeous. The landscape, the area all around wonderful. Nice

Cosy, very clean apartment. Very nice landlord. However, the location is a bit out of the way on a mountain. You have to plan a good 10 minutes' drive to the nearest supermarket. But the location is nice and quiet and there is a good osteria down the street in a few minutes' walk, where we had a very good meal. Overall we felt very comfortable and for the price it is highly recommended.

Excellent house suitable for families the owner really kind person always available

The apartment was great. Everything you need. It offers plenty of space for 4 people. With 5 people one would have to sleep in the living room. Great terrace to eat and relax. Very nice landlady. All clean. Furniture not particularly modern, but stable. Clear recommendation, but a bit far from the sea, about 30 minutes to Viareggio
