We liked it very much, friendly hosts, accommodation corresponded to the description

The house itself is very nice, well equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately the pool was only cleaned once in the 3 weeks. When I informed the landlord about this, I received insulting, rude replies, but no remedy or cleaning. What was also very annoying was that the area around it was mowed every day (including on Sundays from midday for around 4 hours) and even worse was the daily burning of garden waste. Since the house is in a valley, the whole valley was usually filled with clouds of smoke. Would not recommend it!!!!!

When the weather is nice, it's definitely fantastic, we only had rain, storm and cold for 7 days. Nobody can do anything about the weather, but unfortunately it was colder in the house than outside. Heater broken and only occasional hot water. An old water heater was brought back to life, so at least we had hot water in one bathroom, and we also paid for the electricity. The interior is very worn, especially the kitchen equipment and the beds. Cleanliness in the house also not ideal.

The holiday overall was nice, if you overlook some shortcomings. The wifi only worked partially. Kitchen very outdated and no longer complete. Some windows and fly screens were broken. There was little privacy either, as the owner is present at all times of the day to maintain the facility. You had the slight feeling of being constantly monitored. Barking dogs at night was sometimes unbearable, although we have a dog ourselves.

The holiday home is situated on a beautiful property. It should be noted, however, that the landlords are on site every day to take care of the large property. Apart from that, dogs barking from the neighborhood can be heard almost constantly day and night, which is relatively annoying at night. The landlords are very nice, but only speak Italian. We have made beautiful trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.

A lovely place! Nice house and great garden. Also ideal for dogs. Worth repeating.

The landlord could not offer any privacy because he was on site several times a day. There was no outside lighting on the access road and there were a few tripping hazards.

The house is beautiful with a great pool

We had a wonderful 2 week stay: a lush and well-kept garden, a beautiful swimming pool. The house is comfortable and the mattresses are very comfortable; even on very hot days there is always a side of the garden or a terrace in the shade and ventilated. The owners were very welcoming and responsive every time we asked for their help! Thanks for this nice stay

very nice holiday home. The area covers approx. 3000 m2, beautifully planted with palm trees and pine trees. You feel like in paradise. The pool is behind the house. You are all to yourself.

A very nice holiday home, we were there in 2016. We were particularly pleased that a shower (instead of a bathtub 2 years ago) was installed in the lower bathroom. We will certainly consider another holiday!

A grill and bakery, great! Maybe get wood from the landlord if you want to bake bread or pizza. Otherwise charcoal will do. Super facility!
