Casa di Nena Camaiore, Tuscany

Because of Corona, we chose a house with a pool for sole use and were very satisfied. The view is great. Ideal for 4-6 people.

We celebrated two weeks of vacation in casa di Nena. Beautiful house, lovely private pool. The house is located on a mountain, about 4 km from the village, so you should not find it annoying to drive up and down a mountain every day. There is no air conditioning and no WIFI. The house is fully equipped and has space for 7 people. Nice place in a nice environment.

Casa Di Nena was a rustic, simple home with amazing views to the sea, stunning sunsets and endless views of lush green. It is hilly and a short walk up hill from parking the car and I wouldn't therefore advise it for people with poor mobility. The home has no wi-fi and lots of little quirky features which suited my party who just wanted a pure escape from everything.

Non-existent equipment, services more than mediocre compared to the price, State of the house and the swimming pool which leave something to be desired, broken deckchairs, beds not made, very poor bedding, room outside not insulated therefore stuffy room, 1 bathroom bath unusable because of water leak,… broken toilet seat, not a sofa to relax… in short, very disappointed….

The property is a little off the beaten path (2km from Camaiore) in the mountains in a small settlement. From the very beautiful and well-kept garden and pool area you have a fantastic view of the picturesque landscape. Unfortunately, there are some negative points: - The house is only moderately clean. - The beds are very old and uncomfortable - In 2 of the 4 beds, the pool pump causes a very high level of background noise (noisy nights) almost all the time - The moody owner was not very hospitable
