Everything was great. Very good facilities, very friendly landlord. Always happy to come back.

Very nice location, very clean, well equipped, friendly hosts, BUT: the basement room is separated from the actual living room by 19 high steps, the basement room has neither windows/doors nor ventilation, which means that no air exchange is possible and therefore the basement room is actually not habitable and with Fire a potentially dangerous trap. Hosts state that a door is to be installed in the basement room this fall (2022). Then unreservedly recommended!

The house is very welcoming and equipped with every comfort, the owners very kind and helpful. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery and in total tranquility. The owners' farm surrounds the house, inside they also have a small family-run restaurant that I recommend trying! The sea is 10 minutes away by car, the center of Bibbona with supermarkets and shops is 5 minutes away. If you are looking for a comfortable, panoramic and peaceful accommodation, the barn is the house for you

The air conditioner in the bedroom was not connected, it did not work - dummy, The air conditioning in the living room was inadequate and its activation caused the fuses to blow after a while or soon, No alternative fan. Pots not suitable for an induction cooker. Poor drinking water quality (sediment taste) No sea view as described in the offer Big plus is the glazed porch with a nice view of the fields

I immediately fell in love with the cottage, fully equipped with a conservatory where you never want to leave. Sunrise, sunset… just kept watching. Couldn't get enough… so beautiful! And also the possibility to eat in the rustic restaurant with a menu of all stitch products. And last but not least: the owners are very nice.

New house, just like in the photos. New furniture, kitchen with dishwasher. Beautiful window overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Well heated in winter. Average cleaning, if you want you could do a little more. The bathroom is uncomfortable, starting with the shower curtain. It ends up flooding everything, because the shower tray is directly on the floor. Hardly any point of support therefore impractical. The owners very kind and welcoming. Excellent restaurant on the farm !!

We were allowed to spend 5 beautiful days with S. and SF in their new holiday home. Even if everything was not ready yet, we had a very nice stay, especially the location in the middle of olive trees, vines and even a sea view. And at night a quiet, just wonderful. The highlight on our last evening was the food at S.+S. That was awesome, just great. It's best to try it yourself, but make a reservation beforehand. We will be back.

Excellent structure immersed in the Tuscan hills where absolute tranquility reigns. In the end, great holidays and very relaxing

The detached house is just as the pictures reveal: stylishly furnished, spacious and with great facilities. The great winter garden with a wonderful view of the Tuscan landscape is particularly noteworthy. The sea is about 10 minutes by car, the nearest shop is about 5 minutes away. In addition, the helpful and very friendly hosts and their delicious regional dinner should be mentioned. Highly recommended!
