If you'd rather sip a glass of local wine in peace, you'll easily find a spot to yourself on the lawn – and the ground-floor bedrooms have patio doors to the garden, so you can start your sunbathing as early as you like. Spend your evenings making homemade pizzas in the brick oven, and gather on one of the two alfresco dining tables for late nights over drinks. Meanwhile, the location has something for everyone – drive to historic Volterra for culture, or Marina di Bibbona for a beach day.
