San Bernardino

The house had everything you needed. It was well equipped. You just had to get used to the floor as it wobbled. The pool was the highlight for the children. In the morning and when you came back, you quickly jump into the pool to cool off. Mr. S. was very friendly and helpful. He had lots of tips. A big compliment to him. You also had a panoramic view. Simply perfect. Unfortunately, you couldn't sit outside for long in the evening, despite Autan.

The house is fantastic! Very neat and clean and above all very complete, everything is there. The garden and the view are amazing, we couldn't get enough of the view. There is plenty to do and see in the area and S. is the best host you can imagine. He gives great tips, knows a lot about the house and the surrounding area and he is always willing to think along and helps you where he can. S. provided the icing on the cake. We had a fantastic time and definitely hope to come back again!

We spent a wonderful two weeks at House San Bernadino. S. bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we appreciated his great sense of humour. Our four sighthounds especially appreciated the huge fenced in yard and got a lot of exercise. We are familiar with the Barga area so really took advantage of wonderful food and time spent with friends. We will be coming again, soon!

Enthusiastic and friendly owner, who is full of tips from the weather to the sights. Charming and well-appointed country house. Spacious rooms and fully equipped. Large grounds with nice and clean swimming pool and opportunity to eat outside. Beautiful view from the house and grounds on the surrounding area. Located in a nice and beautiful town. Many nice and interesting sights in the area.

We really had a nice stay at San Bernardino. Besides the pleasant garden/swimming pool and the astonishing view, the host really made the difference (e.g. giving advice, giving historical information,..). In conclusion: a really nice trip!

The surroundings were beautiful, the house was clean and everything was there for an unforgettable holiday. S. the caretaker was also great, you could ask him questions about the area via WhatsApp, he answered immediately and sent you links, where you could park, etc. Had a really great holiday.
