Holiday Rental Description

This farmhouse, built in the 16th century, is paradise. There’s a Tuscan travertine infinity pool and a bowling green to keep the kids and adults entertained. And there are several terraces to enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards and Apennines. More of those wonderful vistas can be enjoyed inside with its traditional furnishings and character features such as stone walls and beams. We love that all the bedrooms here are en-suite too. Surrounded by olive groves and fields of lavender, this area is perfect for leisurely strolls. Located a short drive from the beautiful, fortified village of Barberino Val d'Elsa, you’ll find plenty to see, including the Palazzo Pretorio.

*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The owner lives in an apartment adjacent to the villa, and she guarantees the utmost privacy and availability when needed.
*Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, shared with the owner of the villa.
*As well as a living room on the ground floor, there's a sitting room on the first floor.
*Five bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans.
*Pets are welcome on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots and three high chairs. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The private pool is open from April to November.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking for four to five cars.
