Set within a resort, this home is all about making the most of the Mediterranean climate. Sure, within this first-floor villa, you’ll find a modern, comfortable home. But, step outdoors onto the private terrace, and the views will have relaxation washing over you. If you’re not soaking up the vistas from the sun-kissed loungers, you can step into the shade and the warmth of the private hot tub. And with a communal pool area thrown in, the opportunities to kick back just keep coming. Location-wise, take a short drive to Roccalbegna when you fancy some authentic Italian cuisine, or drive further on to Saturnia where hot springs and Etruscan ruins await.

*This home is set on a resort alongside neighbouring homes. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*The villa is on the first floor – you'll need to be able to climb steps to reach the entrance of the home.
*You'll have access to three on-site swimming pools here, open between May and October. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
*The swimming pools aren't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine within the resort.
