Villa Lucia

We stayed in this house in September as a couple with our dog. Comfortable, if older furnishings, large property and a beautiful view of the mountains. All shops and restaurants in Pellizano. Hiking opportunities from the house. The very helpful property manager G. deserves special mention: when the heating broke down with single-digit night temperatures, he immediately provided radiators and informed the owner, who was on site the following day with the heating company. Very efficient!

Beautiful house, equipped, large, bright and comfortable. Perfect location, last bastion before taking the Caprioli path, close to the mountain but at the same time two minutes walk from the center of Pellizzano and the most famous pastry shop in the valley. Newer mattresses, sets of bathroom linens adequate for the number of guests and cots for children could make the house excellent. G. welcomed us with extreme availability and kindness.

- Very nice landlord who only speaks Italian. - Good location of the house and actually as shown in the photos. - Overall pretty dirty though, oven not cleaned, dust etc. - No dishwasher - Ancient beds - Couches and armchairs in the living room extremely worn - WiFi works well

The apartment has a slightly older furniture, but as the pictures should be able to see. The house is beautifully situated on the outskirts with a forest directly adjacent to the garden. We liked it as a starting point for activities in nature. The landlord is nice, even if the communication only worked with a translation app.
