Frassan Madonna di Campiglio, Trentino-South Tyrol

We lived in a room on the second floor. It's cold in the room. The kind and we got sick because of it. There are 2 exits to the balcony, under the balcony doors in the corners there are holes from which a stream of cold air blows into the room. The washing machine is broken. In the bedroom the mattress is good and dense, the duvet is light and warm. When they asked for a children's kitchen chair and a kettle, the hostess brought everything new. Thank you very much her for this.

The owner and her daughter are very kind and helpful. The apartment, with panoramic views, is clean and spacious. The bathroom needs updating, but overall we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Nice location at the outskirts of Madonna; 3rd floor with no lift, though. The owner is helpful and responsive. But the flat needs upgrading: the closets creak, some kitchen cupboards are missing and were replaced by plastic bins, which keep falling. The washing machine is a museum piece. But there is plenty of hot water, a nice bath and shower, great balcony with some views and the whole of Madonna to enjoy.
