Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

The apartment is very good. Quietly located, but still central (center can be reached in a few minutes on foot). Particularly noteworthy is the good parking space for the car. the service of the staff is commendable.

Comfortable and clean accommodation on the top floor. Spacious and well appointed rooms. There is no air conditioning (fans in every room). In this rooftop apartment only small and high windows. Very welcoming facility for dogs. Beautiful garden.

It's the third time I went there, I had a better memory for this stay, the reception closes at 7 p.m. and not at 8 p.m. as interhome tells you and at 6:30 p.m. you are called to hurry. For the same price as usual I was accommodated with a view of the parking lot, above the night entrance and smoking area knowing that there is no air conditioning and that in summer you sleep with the window open, first come first served .. The armchairs and sofa in the living room are old, fortunately it is very clean

Holiday apartments in Italy are usually simply furnished and equipped. This accommodation can agree with this judgement. The location is great! Quiet and yet only a short walk to the city center. The staff is friendly, but doesn't always speak German/English. Lawn is very nice. Bicycle storage room and parking spaces are plentiful. Cordoned off area.
