Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the hamlet Penia, 1.5 km from the centre of Alba, 3.5 km from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet position, 1 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05.. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 500 m on the road. Shop 300 m, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m. Mountain railway 1 km. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

The house is spacious and welcoming. Equipped with everything, it is located between the Sella, the Pordoi and the fantastic Marmolada. Furthermore, you can take advantage of all the resources offered by the nearby town of Canazei as well as the intimate and pleasant atmosphere of the small village of Penia. We had a great time and we plan to return to enjoy these places even in the summer season.

Excellent structure with all the comforts of a "real" home (washing machine, dishwasher). Spacious, clean, in a very quiet hamlet but a few hundred meters from the lifts (there is also a ski bus). To be recommended

Very poor house cleaning, smelly mattress covers, stained pillow cases (I guess just say that). What can I say .... Never again !! PS I would recommend changing the cleaning ladies.

Well structured and organized apartment, however, does not enjoy a lot of light except in the afternoon hours and with sunny days. There are all the necessary comforts in a home, there is only the availability of the microwave in the kitchen department and limited availability of pots.

The apartment did not match the description. Was a basement apartment, not a ground floor. Satellite TV yes, but no German TV. Mini coffee machine without filter, always a set in the cup, just enough for 2 cups. Tin cutlery wobbles/bends. Several times no WiFi. Very clean, except for the garden furniture, they forgot to clean it. Biggest drawback: too loud, not insulated. Understands every word.

Spacious house but almost no sun in winter. The house is mostly in the shade during the day and that is why the balcony has unfortunately remained almost unused despite a beautiful sunny week. Door fittings, gas stove and washing machine have had their best days. Kitchen equipment is moderate.

Liked it in a small town outside Canazei, neatly clean, the only drawback is if the large apartment upstairs is occupied you can hear everything, walking from the neighbors talking etc., tip, carpet may dampen the sounds, good bus connection. Shop in Penia for your bread etc. Ski area delicious

House on the sidelines. Nice and quiet. Keeps you cool even in the hottest heat. It's a curiosity for Italy.

It is not a place to linger long, but the spacious (sitting) kitchen and very pleasant bathroom and bedroom lay the foundation for a super day every day. Practically furnished, everything works properly and in good condition. Parking space literally in front of the door, perfect with bad weather. Great base for active holidaymakers.

Idyllic location, facilities, etc. ok, ski bus stop nearby, parking at the house, despite 'alimentari' nearby: own car is an advantage; The only disadvantage: poor soundproofing on the upper floor (especially if small children live there at the same time.)
