The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, reachable via the city’s iconic 100 steps nearby. Or ask your host to organise a hiking or 4x4 safari excursion to take in more of the nearby Sicilian sights. Back home, the pared-back, modern interiors are spotless, although it’s worth noting the living room will be tight if four guests are sleeping on the two sofa beds. That said, for a small family or group of close-knit friends sharing, it could work out great.
