Quiet location, beautiful and fully furnished. Shady garden, unfortunately, a lot of dust and leaves. Completely enclosed, ideal for the dog. The fence, however, is very unstable. A major drawback, but not the landlord's fault, is that the water supply was out 5 out of 7 days. No shower, no dishwasher. The location and surroundings are top-notch.

House is OK with room for improvement: Positive: - Nice terrace - Fenced garden, our dog could run free - Kitchen well equipped - Quiet location near the beach Negative: - House very dark, nothing works without light - Garden quite unkempt, therefore very overgrown and no sunlight - Lots of mosquitoes in the garden (month of May), as a result of the previous point?

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly liked the lovely little terrace. The on-site support was excellent. Our landlord was available at all times and helped us with all questions and problems.

The holiday home corresponded exactly to the description, everything was very clean. The garden was a bit neglected. The on-site support, starting with an early handover of the keys and personal accompaniment to the house until departure, was simply great, you could always reach someone by cell phone. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

Nice apartment as described, but no toilet paper. No WI-FI Surroundings of the apartment - not cleaned, no bins for waste segregation. Location near the sea with a beautiful beach.

The location is very good, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the long beach. House is in a small holiday home area with little traffic and beautiful gardens. Two pizzerias can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has enough space for 4 people and everything you need is there. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and outdoor shower. It's very quiet in September.

I recommend it, everything corresponds to the quality of the accommodation.

Everything very nice, well equipped, clean. A super nice bath! The garbage situation is special in Sardinia and we were a little overwhelmed with that, or we were poorly informed on site, so that we had to take our garbage across the island to a public disposal point. So please provide enough bags or boxes and show them to the guests. Music from a neighboring area was also loud until midnight. But the rest of the night was very quiet!
