Second year in Sa Casitta, owner and on-site assistant very helpful and kind, this year (not last) we felt the lack of air conditioning (in general it was hotter and unlike last year it was humid)

Very convenient to reach one of the most beautiful beaches, the Pelosa. Comfortable with a breathtaking sea view where from breakfast you are immersed in a fantastic landscape.

Good location, faithful to the descrption, beautiful view and well placed (Stintino accessible on foot). The beautiful beaches are 1.5 km away; other less beautiful beaches are closer. But the apartment needs a good refresh (armchairs in poor condition, very few utensils for cooking...) and relative cleanliness despite a substantial cleaning fee. One of the bedrooms has no window, overlooking an interior skylight. The location of the rooms on the ground floor is not very practical and can pose problems for people with mobility issues.
