Unfortunately, the service wasn't what we expected/hoped for. We had to retrieve the key ourselves via a safe at the entrance. Unfortunately, there was no proper explanation available in the house: no clear information about things like the Wi-Fi code, how the waste collection works, etc. We tried to reach someone via WhatsApp and also called, but no or very late response. The Wi-Fi only worked for one evening. The garden is uninviting: old beds and cluttered. The dishwasher frequently malfunctions.
