+++Exceptional setting. Basic but sufficient equipment. - - - Rudimentary cleaning (the broom has obviously not been passed in the corners and under the beds!) Disgusting bed covers (hair, hair, stains...) Mattress under the covers covered with dog hair! Non-functional TV (broken cable...) When the client is charged the mandatory final cleaning fee, a little care taken with cleanliness and routine checks would be welcome.

The apartment as a whole was fine for the location, relaxation and general comfort. As for the negative sides, the plants in the garden are not cared for to the point of creating an obstacle to the passage because they are not pruned. The walls of the children's bedroom were peeling off the plaster making the floor dirty as well as sheets. The shower had to be fixed because one of the panels leaned with the danger of falling. Overall the apartment satisfied our needs

Fantastic location for its proximity to the beach and the sea view from the terrace. Careless interior details (broken sliding shower doors, poorly equipped kitchen, etc.)

The apartment, a lower villa is very well located, one minute from a very beautiful beach. The terrace offers a sea view. The accommodation is functional. However, what we do not see in the photos is the proximity of another apartment, because the bottom of the villa is divided into 2 and therefore the terrace too. This is the only downside in my opinion, you have to come across respectful neighbors, because if they are noisy you will empty with them! We would have liked to know because the photos and the description do not specify it.
