Minimal apartment in all, lacking in control and maintenance. A stove does not work, the shower diffuser needs to be replaced. The bidet, from the 70s, is not functional. The vc moves. The toilet is leaking. The double mattress is old and uncomfortable. Equally uncomfortable sofa bed from the 70s. The washing machine discharges the water onto the ground (it has no drain connection). When it rains, the roof of the veranda has various infiltrations which make the area below impracticable.
