Unfortunately the garden was neglected, some pots could not be used because the coating was peeling off. There were no sponges or dish towels. When we arrived there was a lot of rubbish by the front gate.

Very nice holiday home in small-scale park San Pietro a Mare near Valledoria. The holiday home is 350 meters from the beach.

Once again a very nice stay Absolute plus point: 5 minutes walk to the extensive sandy beach Equipment is sufficient for a holiday home, a gas grill and a few deck chairs for the garden would enhance the house, because there is plenty of space on the property to hang out. Gladly again

The small semi-detached house is only a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach. It was clean & is simply but adequately furnished. In contrast to the neighboring houses, the outdoor area has not been completed, so there is no lawn. Inside the house it smells damp and musty, although we had aired it all the time. There are mold stains everywhere on the walls, which were probably painted over. In the evenings, animation music blares from a neighboring hotel.

We were very satisfied. The house is well furnished, everything is almost new and coordinated. The only "criticism" point: there was only Italian television (antenna), but that's not what I go on vacation for.

Location: The location is simply great and the house is spacious and offers enough space. Only about 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Also a small river flows into the sea where canoe trips are possible. At the Kurumbabar (beach towards Castelsardo, 7 minutes walk from the house) there is also a great stretch of beach with a small river where the children can choose between salt and fresh water. Equipment: Unfortunately only very poorly equipped with kitchen utensils such as cutlery, no large glasses, no toaster, egg cups, shot glasses, etc. It had to be washed up constantly despite the dishwasher. Also, a missing grill restricted the menu selection. Unfortunately, the table grill cannot go with the plane. The sofa bed and the pillows there could not be used because everything smelled very badly. The pillows could be washed. Furniture/cleanliness: The furniture was functional and sufficient. There was orange bathroom mold in the corner joints in the shower. The toilet brush was very dirty from the previous guests. The stand is rusted. Should urgently be replaced (12 euros in the nearby XX market). Otherwise the apartment was handed over very clean. Outside, a rake would be an advantage to rake up the pine needles. It's a shame about the beautiful sand around the house which you can't see otherwise and where the children loved to play. Contact on site: Despite late arrival at around 11.30 p.m., Mr. XXX was willing to leave the key for the apartment for us and we were able to enter the house. Thanks again for that - Mile Grazie. Handover took place in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff only spoke Italian and the handover was limited to the bare essentials. You had to find out more about the area yourself. Suggestion for improvement: - Please have more equipment in the apartment - Replace the toilet brush and clean the shower thoroughly - Brochures and maps from the area would be great in the apartment. - WLAN would be great - Since some kind of waste is picked up almost every day, a waste calendar would be advantageous. Conclusion: Except for the little things mentioned above, the apartment is first class and in a great location for all activities. There is also a super great pizzeria around the corner (XXX) where a Margherita only costs 4.50 euros. - Neptune grotto by car 1h10 - Stintino beach 1h10 - Wild horses plateau 2

We were allowed to enjoy a week in Valledoia. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family of 4 (although there are 6 beds). It is comfortably furnished and everything is there. We would go back to the same accommodation in a heartbeat. The only downside is the soft mattress in the master bedroom.

Good house for family of 4. Less than 5 minutes walk to a very nice sandy beach. In about 1 km (Valledoria) several large supermarkets, tourist shops, nice restaurants and ice cream parlors.
