This home lies in S'Abba e Sa Pedra and enjoys expansive sea views. The apartment is on the smaller side with a sofa bed for two guests, but it easily makes up for its size. We love the two private terraces, each equipped with outdoor seating and one accessible straight from the bedroom. You'll also have access to the building's communal pools – there's one for adults and one for children, right by the sea. Olbia are Murta Maria are just a short drive away, so we recommend hiring a car to do some sightseeing.

*You'll be able to park in one free space in the carport on the premises. There is also street parking if you have more than one car.
*As this home is in an apartment building which doesn't have a lift, it won't be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is also a chance of hearing some noise from neighbours during your stay.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The maximum capacity for this home is four people and one infant.
*The rooftop pool here is shared, and is available from April to October. The pool is unfenced, so any children should be supervised.
*You might want to bring your own toiletries to use during your stay.
