The holiday apartment was satisfactory overall, the bathroom was lacking because of the shower. Quiet but central location in San Teodoro. The entire building with 8 residential units is currently for sale.

We had a different apartment than the one booked. In the off-season, the landlord puts the few tourists who are still there close together. That saves work and means for the vacationers you have neighbors above you and next door. The houses are extremely noisy, the terraces are only separated by a screen. Complaints change nothing!

It has a few steps from the center of San Teodoro. Night walks among the stalls and shops of the town.

A small house with a very pleasant terrace. The +: the possibility of an early check-in, washing machine, private parking, cleanliness. Cons: the sound insulation between the houses of the subdivision, no cleaning product made available and you only discover the location of the accommodation on the day of your arrival.

Accommodation highly recommended, since in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone. Baker, supermarket and weekly market were also in the immediate vicinity (200 m). The agency on site is top class!!!, helpful and speaks German

It needed some updating. The shower adjustment and towel rail were broken. Also it would have been good to have a fan as it was very hot.

Great apartment, we felt completely comfortable. The local agency makes every effort to ensure that the guest is well!
