App. I liked it in itself, but there was some sloppy maintenance. The app. deserves better. You adapt, basic is okay, also considering the price (but overcharged in high season). It is spacious and location is great. Very disturbing is that the neighbors' washing machine turned out to be on our terrace. Washing was done a few times a day and each wash took a long time (3-4 hours). So we had no peace and quiet on our own terrace. We don't really understand why this is set up this way. The manager gave another app, luckily there was still 1 available.

The location of the apartment was excellent as most of the beaches were close by. The apartment was very basic but this was not important to us as we were always travelling. However, I can only recommend the apartment to a limited extent because there was no air conditioning and not even fly screens. One week we couldn't sleep well because of the heat and the mosquitoes. June, July and August it is not possible to choose this apartment because of the listed reasons.

Unfortunately only satisfactory because - the location directly on a busy street - parking is public, very busy - the picture is probably the most beautiful corner of the area (not found) otherwise you sit in the middle of the platter - the equipment in the kitchen is quite poor We can positively emphasize - the price is unbeatable - the complex is very well maintained - right next door is a cafe, a pizzeria, a supermarket and a delicatessen - very friendly landlord

Very nice and quiet facility

Very well-kept facility; well equipped service very good. Small complaints were fixed immediately. negative: no internet access. That's not up to date. No WLAN!
