The house is located a few steps from the wonderful Nodu Pianu beach. It is furnished in a simple but functional and clean way. The very spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the bay is the highlight of the house, like the living area and the bedroom with three single beds. The kitchen area is a little small and low but, being an attic, this can be understandable. The drain doesn't always work and the hot water for the shower sometimes runs out. I recommend reviewing these things.

Very quiet place (stay in October), beach nearby, breathtaking view but very average apartment where it is not possible to stand straight in the kitchen. The washing machine is not accessible and the shower is poorly fitted, only very thin people can access it. The apartment deserves to be redone and brought up to date, quite dilapidated.

The house has a terrace overlooking the sea, a nice living room and a spacious 3-bedded room with a French window opening onto the terrace. be kept better maybe even paint the walls. however the terrace is amazing and made a difference.
