Holiday Rental Description

Close to boutiques, wine bars, and gelato shops, this one-bedroom apartment is handily located in the heart of historic Olbia. It also makes a great base for beach lovers who want to explore more of Sardinia’s north-east coast. Inside, the space is simple yet comfortable – and perhaps just a tad cosy when the sofa bed is set up in the living room. Our favourite feature is the terrace, perfect for soaking up a spot of sunshine or planning your day over morning coffee.

Home truths:
*The apartment is accessed via a digital key, so you'll need a smartphone.
*As is common in Sardinia, the main door to the building is left unlocked.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Your host will provide a welcome hamper as well as basic essentials like tea, coffee, and laundry detergent.
*Your host can store your luggage if you are arriving early or departing late.
*The apartment is in the Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL), where traffic is restricted at certain times of day. Your host recommends parking outside the ZTL or contacting them in advance to arrange parking.
