Lack of general maintenance. The dining area was infested with ants. Opening the door was easy because it couldn't be closed. Cleaning upon arrival was poor. The shower was a nightmare: the water didn't drain properly, so you were standing in dirty water all the time. The shower itself worked poorly, falling, making showering difficult. It was also dirty; I had to clean it myself with bleach. I also had to unblock it with hot water to see if the water drained better. Horrible mattresses.
