Very well-kept complex, beautiful pool with a view of the sea, great apartment with a sea view - absolutely recommendable for a wonderful holiday!

The accommodation GOA 111 has been booked. She had side Sea view with balcony and not as seen in the picture with sea view. As a result, the price/performance ratio is not given. According to the picture, we would have had a sea view... The area for handing over the keys should be described better (excerpt maps). Standing in front of a locked gate. Didn't have access code. Didn't know where the office was either.

Very nice apartment right by the pool. Balcony with pool and sea views. Bedroom also with direct sea view. Very friendly and nice receptionist.

The apartment was nice, not a gem but still practical and clean. Washer dryer was a big plus. It was annoying that you really had to buy everything, there weren't any household products: no soap, no kitchen roll, a sponge or the like. We then had to buy everything for 1 week and accordingly had 95% left at the end of our stay. Hopefully the operators don't throw everything away, but the next tenants get something out of it.

We had a lovely sea view apartment with very close access to the pool. The accommodation was very clean. The view and location of the property is fantastic. You only have to criticize that the usual things such as salt, pepper or dishwasher tabs were not available. I can't imagine that every new guest buys this again and again and uses it up completely or takes it home. The reception could be signposted better.

Very nice and clean facility right on the sea. Practically furnished apartment. We would go again. Unfortunately, there is no shopping facility in the area and the nearest shop is not within walking distance.

It was my 5th stay there. Too expensive for one person. Was there alone for 3 weeks. 1 week for two. Very helpful and friendly ... at the reception. Rarely construction noise. Get most information about it. Waste management should be improved. Clearer instructions for everyone. (I took waste from 3 weeks to the mainland at the request of the front desk). There used to be remote controls for the main gate. Currently, despite almost the only guest, none are available. Furnishings are ok. Rather hard mattresses. Unfortunately, at the end of March it was still very cold and not preheated. In hindsight, I would argue better. Very expensive heating charges for a few hours a day. Prefer to bill according to consumption, which is probably not possible, since there is no separate meter..? A gutter in front of the balcony roof would be helpful. Otherwise all the dust and dirt will come onto the terrace when it rains. Frequent cleaning and a lot of dust were the consequences. WLAN in the area would be desirable for non-EU citizens. ...Toilet paper and rubbish bags had to be bought by yourself.
