The house is very nice. The view of the sea and the proximity to Olbia and Golfo Aranci, Porto Cervo, Santa Teresa di Gallura etc. are great. The drive to the house is difficult though as the road is not paved. The owner is really nice and checks on the pool regularly. But he is completely unobtrusive. He also always asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything. We didn't use the above-ground pool. But it's definitely great for families with children.

This was the second time we stayed in this house. There have been a few renovations. The house has a fantastic view over the bay - we particularly recommend admiring the sunrise from the terrace in the morning.

Strong point: the view from the house Negative points: - a poorly insulated house, the fans in the bedrooms are insufficient to cool the house - an access path that hurts the back and shock absorbers - dozens of wasps both under the patio and inside the house - no microwave oven

House very pleasant to live in and very well equipped. Owner very nice and attentive, while remaining discreet. The pool is better than it looks in the photos and a big plus, especially on a hot day. The garden is very large with several pleasant corners to sit in the shade or in the sun. To recommend.

Nice house, very clean, well equipped. You are right on the main road and in 10 minutes you are in Olbia or Golfo Aranci. Pool is ok for kids and to cool down, but too small for swimming. Sos Aranzos beach is a 10 minute downhill walk away. Very nice beach. The way back then only leads uphill and it is easy to walk 20 minutes. The only thing missing is WiFi.

Beautiful house that is equipped with everything you need for living and cooking. Beautiful, quiet location with good connections to Olbia and Golfo Aranci. We felt very comfortable!
